Payment Methods shows the ways customers can pay: Cash on Delivery (ready to use) and SSLCommerz (needs setup for online card, mobile banking and net banking payments). Transactions lists every payment: paid, pending, failed and refunded.

Sidebar → Reports → Methods / Transactions
Step by step
- Open Reports → Methods.
- Cash on Delivery is Ready. To accept online payments, click Configure on SSLCommerz and enter the details from your SSLCommerz merchant account.
- Click View orders on a method to see its orders.
- Open Reports → Transactions to see all payments.
- Filter by search, date range, status and method, then click Filter. Click Reset to clear.
What each field or button means
| Field / button | What it means |
|---|---|
| Payments received | Money collected. |
| Pending | Payments not yet received (e.g. COD not delivered). |
| Failed / Refunded | Unsuccessful or returned payments. |
