Reviews shows product reviews from customers waiting for your approval. Wishlists shows products that customers have saved to buy later, which tells you what people want.
Where to find it
Sidebar → Customers → Reviews / Wishlists
Step by step
- Open Customers → Reviews.
- Use the search and filters (status, date) to find reviews.
- Tick reviews, choose a bulk action and click Apply.
- Use Print or Export to save the list.
- Open Customers → Wishlists to see which customer saved which item.
What each field or button means
| Field / button | What it means |
|---|---|
| Rating | Stars given by the customer. |
| Status | Whether the review is approved and visible. |
Tips
- Good reviews build trust. Ask happy customers to leave one.
- Products that appear often in wishlists are good candidates for a discount.
