The Payments report shows money collected, unpaid, failed and refunded over time.
Where to find it
Sidebar → Reports → Payments
Step by step
- Open Reports from the sidebar and click Payments.
- Choose a date range at the top right (for example Last 30 days).
- Use Compare to compare with the previous period.
- Read the summary cards, then the charts below.
- Click View report on a card (where shown) to see more detail.
What each field or button means
| Field / button | What it means |
|---|---|
| Total collected | Money received. |
| Unpaid / Pending | Money still to collect. |

- Check your reports once a week to spot trends early.
