When you move a product to trash it is not deleted straight away. It goes to Product Trash, where you can restore it or delete it permanently.
Where to find it
Sidebar → Catalog → Product Trash
Step by step
- Open Catalog → Product Trash.
- Search for the product if the list is long.
- Tick the products you want.
- Click Restore selected to bring them back to your product list, or Delete permanently to remove them for ever.
- Click Back to products to return.
What each field or button means
| Field / button | What it means |
|---|---|
| Restore selected | Puts the product back exactly as it was. |
| Delete permanently | Cannot be undone. |
| Clear | Clears your selection. |
Tips
- Only delete permanently when you are sure. Restoring is always safer.
