The Orders section shows every order from your shop and POS. Pending orders are waiting for you to confirm. Processing orders are being packed or prepared.
Where to find it
Sidebar → Orders → All Orders / Pending / Processing
Step by step
- Open Orders → Pending to see new orders waiting for confirmation.
- Use the search box to find an order by number or customer.
- Open an order from the Actions column to see its details and change its status.
- After confirming, the order moves on. Check Processing for orders being packed.
- Use All Orders to see everything. Filter by payment and click Filter.
- Tick orders and click Download invoice to print invoices. Click Clear to clear the selection.
What each field or button means
| Field / button | What it means |

| Order # | The order number. |
| Payment | Payment method and status. |
| Channel | Where the order came from (shop, POS, Facebook, WhatsApp...). |
| Status | Where the order is in the process. |
Tips
- Call the customer before confirming cash-on-delivery orders to reduce fake orders.
- Check Pending every few hours so customers are not kept waiting.
