By default your store uses a Multipurc subdomain. You can connect your own domain. You add DNS records at your domain provider, submit the domain, and then the Super Admin connects it.

Step by step
- Open Settings → Custom Domain. Your current store URL is shown at the top.
- In DNS setup, copy the A record or CNAME value using the Copy button.
- Log in to your domain provider (where you bought the domain) and add that record.
- Back in Multipurc, type your domain in Domain (e.g.
shop.example.com), without https://. - Click Submit & verify DNS.
- Wait for the Super Admin to connect the domain. Shoppers will then see your domain.

- DNS changes can take a few hours to work.
