Customers are saved automatically when they order from your shop or through POS. Customer groups let you sort customers, for example VIP or Wholesale, and give a group an optional discount.
Where to find it
Sidebar → Customers → All Customers / Groups
Step by step
- Open Customers → All Customers to see each customer’s phone, source, number of orders, total spend and last order.
- Search by name, email or phone.
- To make a group, open Customers → Groups and click + New Group.
- Enter the group Name (for example VIP) and a description.
- Enter a Discount (%) if this group gets a discount, set Status and Sort order.
- Click Create group.
What each field or button means
| Field / button | What it means |
|---|---|
| Source | Where the customer came from (POS or website). |
| Spend | Total money this customer has spent. |
| Discount (%) | Optional discount for everyone in the group. |
Tips
- Use a Wholesale group for resellers who buy in bulk.
