The Dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It gives you a quick picture of how your store is doing today: sales, orders, customers, products and stock alerts.
Where to find it

Step by step
- Log in to your store admin (yourstore address +
/admin). - Look at the cards at the top: Today’s sales, Today’s orders, Needs attention, Customers, Products, Month to date and Low stock alerts.
- Check the Revenue & orders chart to see the last 14 days.
- Check the Order status box to see how many orders are Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled or Returned.
- Click Pending orders (top right) to jump straight to orders that need confirming.
- Click Refresh to load the latest numbers, or View site to open your shop as a customer sees it.
What each field or button means
| Field / button | What it means |
|---|---|
| Today’s sales | Money received from today’s orders. |
| Needs attention | Orders that are pending or processing and need action from you. |
| Low stock alerts | Products that are running out. |
| Quick actions | Shortcut buttons at the bottom of the page for common tasks. |
Tips
- Open the Dashboard every morning and clear the Needs attention number first.
- A new store shows 0 everywhere. This is normal until you get your first order.
