Multipurc Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Multipurc website builder platform Multipurc. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Creation
1.1 You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on the Platform.
1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
1.3 You agree to notify Multipurc immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3.2 You retain all ownership rights to your Content. However, by uploading or posting Content to the Platform, you grant Multipurc a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display your Content in connection with the Platform.
3.3 You represent and warrant that your Content does not violate the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
3.4 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Multipurc from any claims arising out of your use of the Platform or your Content.
4. Third-Party Services
4.1 The Platform may integrate with third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to the terms and conditions of those services.
4.2 Multipurc is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party services.
5. Disclaimers
5.1 THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MULTIPURC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5.2 MULTIPURC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
5.3 MULTIPURC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE SECURE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER MALICIOUS CODE.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 IN NO EVENT SHALL MULTIPURC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
6.2 THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
7. Termination
7.1 Multipurc may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
7.2 You may terminate your account at any time.
8. Governing Law

9. Entire Agreement
