How to Get Your Online Store Found on Google in Bangladesh: A Practical SEO Checklist

November 3, 2026 · Super Admin

A practical SEO checklist for Bangladesh online stores: domain, Search Console, sitemap, product pages and blog content, with what Multipurc handles for you.

To get an online store found on Google in Bangladesh, connect your own domain, verify it in Google Search Console, submit your sitemap, and write clear product pages that answer what shoppers search for. Multipurc supports each step: custom domains, a Search Console verification field, an automatic sitemap.xml and an SEO plugin for meta tags and redirects. New domains usually take a few days to be indexed, and ranking takes longer and depends on competition and content quality.

Nobody can honestly promise a first-page ranking. What you can do is remove the technical blockers and publish content worth ranking. Here is the checklist, in order.

Why is my new online store not showing on Google?

The most common reason is simple: Google has not found or indexed it yet. Multipurc's Learning Center says new domains typically take a few days to be indexed, and suggests three steps to speed it up: connect a custom domain, add your Google Search Console verification tag under SEO & Marketing, and submit https://yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml in Search Console. See the full answer in Why is my website not showing on Google?

Step 1: Connect your own domain

By default your store runs on a Multipurc subdomain. A domain of your own is easier to remember and builds a brand that belongs to you. In Settings → Custom Domain, you copy the DNS record shown, add it at your domain provider, enter your domain (for example shop.example.com, without https://), and click Submit and verify DNS. The Multipurc team then connects it. The step-by-step is in How to connect your own domain.

Step 2: Verify the site in Google Search Console

Search Console shows whether Google can see your pages and which searches bring visitors. In Multipurc, open SEO & Marketing and paste the verification tag Google gives you. Then check the domain in Search Console.

Step 3: Submit your sitemap

A sitemap lists the pages you want Google to find. Multipurc's SEO plugin covers XML sitemap generation, along with default meta tags and URL redirects. The plugin is part of the Pro and Elite packages, so check the pricing page for the current list. Submit yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml in Search Console and revisit it after you add products.

Step 4: Write product pages that answer questions

Product pages are your main SEO pages. For each product:

  • Use a clear name that says what it is, such as the product type, material or model.
  • Write a short description in your own words: who it is for, size or colour options, what is in the box.
  • Add several real photos and describe them.
  • Show price, stock and delivery information plainly.
  • Add the product to the right category, so the structure makes sense.

Avoid copying the supplier's text. Duplicate descriptions give Google little reason to rank you above anyone else.

Step 5: Set up your store profile properly

Add your store name, logo, favicon and contact details. Create About, Contact and Return Policy pages, which build trust with people and search engines. The Learning Center covers this in optimizing your store profile, logo, SEO and custom domain.

Step 6: Publish a blog that matches real searches

Multipurc includes a blog feature, so you can publish guides next to your products. Write for questions your customers ask: how to choose a size, how to care for a product, how delivery and Cash on Delivery work in your shop. Keep each post focused on one question and answer it in the first two lines.

Step 7: Keep the site fast and mobile friendly

Many Bangladeshi shoppers browse on a phone. Compress large images before uploading, keep banners simple, and check your store on a phone. Pick a clean design from the theme gallery rather than a heavy one.

Step 8: Measure, then improve

Use Search Console to see which searches show your pages and which pages get clicks. Multipurc's dashboard also has analytics for traffic and sales, and Server-Side Tracking can send store events to Meta, Google Analytics 4 and TikTok on the packages that include it.
